How do I change the greeting for another mailbox I manage?

Dial the extension for the voicemail box you need to access
Enter the security code
- If this is the first-time setup use 0000 as the security code and continue through the setup.
- Otherwise, Press 3 for Phone Manager Options
Press 4 to record a new standard greeting
Press any key to stop recording
Press 5 to save message
