Resolving Rendering Problems with Panopto in Safari

If you use the Safari web browser, you may experience Panopto not rendering properly for the playback of videos or for launching Panopto as a Creator using the Panopto text editor toolbar button in Moodle. To resolve these issues, follow the steps below. Alternatively, try Firefox or Chrome.

1. In Safari, click on the Safari drop-down menu in the top left of the navigation bar and select Preferences:

2. Under the Privacy tab, deselect the Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies check boxes.

3. Close preferences and refresh Safari browser window.
