How to Control the Room Camera for Zoom

Rooms equipped with a camera will have a remote near the lectern use to control zoom and direction. The cameras is automatically selected when you log into the in room PC desktop and open Zoom.

The camera remotes have a short range. You may need to get directly under or near to the camera in order for the remote to reach it.

Another common issue is that the remote needs to be set to Camera 1 (or Camera 2 depending on how many cameras are in the room and which ones the user is trying to control).
