MacOS Printing Issue
If you are having issues with printing on MacOS, you may have inadvertently installed Papercut Mobility Print. This software will interfere with printing services, and must be uninstalled.
To check if you Papercut Mobility Print installed, first open Finder:

Then, click on "Applications".

Check this folder to see if you have Papercut Mobility Print installed. It will appear as a folder.
If you have installed it, open the Papercut Mobility Print folder and run the Uninstaller file. This will open a window where you'll need to type "yes" to the prompt to uninstall, and then type in your computer password. Please note that your keystrokes will not be visible to you as you type, but the computer is receiving the password you are typing.
If you continue to experience difficulty printing, you may need to run an additional command to fully remove the software. Please reach out to the helpdesk@oxy.edu for assistance.
