Change Your Profile Name on Oxy Services - Student Version

To change your name everywhere, go to the Lived Name Change Form. This may take time for changes to take effect. You can change your name yourself on a variety of platforms in the meantime. This guide will walk you through this process on Google Workspace, Zoom and Raftr.

Google

To change your name in Google, first click on your profile icon.

Then, select "Manage your Google Account".

Then, select "Personal Info" from the sidebar.

Then, select your current name. You can also select your gender if you would like to update that too.

Then, select the pencil icon to edit your name.

You will now be able to edit your name. Make sure you save when done.

Zoom

To change your name in Zoom, go to zoom.us, and sign in with your Google account.

Then, select your profile icon.

Then, select your current name.

Then, select Edit next to your name.

You can now edit your name, as well as your pronoun settings. Make sure you save after you are done.

Raftr

Once you are signed in, select your profile icon

Then, select "edit profile"

Then, edit your name. You can also edit your pronouns at this time.
