MyOxy is now more customizable. There are several different types of content that can be added as Shortcuts:

Resources are files and links in a file folder structure

Tools are direct links to self-service Banner and other Oxy platforms.

Pages are departmental or functional area pages with relevant links and context

Shortcuts can include Tools, Pages, and/or Resources and can be managed by “starring” any of them. To do so, locate the entire list of Tools or Pages, click on the three dot “more” menu as illustrated below:

Then navigate to the tool or page that you’d like to add as a shortcut and click the star.

Dashboard is a landing page with quick links across the top and widgets below. Widgets show dynamic content on the home page

Widgets can be added and removed unless they are required.
