Shared Mailbox Request

Please note that only Oxy faculty and staff can request a Gmail shared mailbox. Requests from students will be automatically rejected.

After submitting your request, the mailbox will be automatically created within a few working hours. You will be emailed the username and password. You may then enable delegation so you can access this mailbox through your account.

Requirements for shared mailbox requests:

Email addresses should only have letters & numbers and can not have spaces.
Accounts also require a First and Last name to be designated. The First and Last names may contain spaces.
If an email address is already in use, you will get an email to that effect after submission.
