Qualtrics is a web-based survey design and deployment platform. Oxy has purchased an institutional license that allows the Oxy community to create and issue their own surveys. To use Qualtrics under the Oxy license, please follow the instructions below. Creating accounts Qualtrics Account Sign-up Procedure Go to this page: https://oxy.qualtrics.com/ Click on the link: “Don’t have an account” in order to create a new account 3. Enter your Oxy email address. Leave the Access code section BLANK 5. Click “Sign me up”. 6. Check your Oxy email and click the verification link and instructions from Qualtrics to create your password and set up your account.   NOTE on Human Subjects Research: Your account password MUST be changed for any account conducting a study undergoing IRB review. IRB applicants may also be required to take additional measures to ensure the protection of research subjects when using Qualtrics.    To change your password in the future:   – click your name at the top right of your homepage. – a list of options will appear, including “Account Settings” – click “Account Settings” and a new page will appear where the first option is to change your password.

Go to mathworks.com, click on Sign In in upper right corner. Enter oxy email address You will be directed to an Oxy login portal Enter your Oxy credentials to log in. Click on the Matlab icon at the top of the page.

Go to wolfram.com. Click on Your Account user icon Click on sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) Enter your Oxy email address If you are already signed in then you will log right on. Otherwise you will be prompted with the Entra Oxy login prompt. Proceed to log in. Click on Products & Services at the top and proceed to access Mathematica

In order to provide an easier and more secure account management process, Oxy uses Entra’s Single Sign On system for ArcGIS Online as of January 2025. This allows you to log in with your normal Oxy credentials as you do to Gmail, My.Oxy and many other services. However, if you used ArcGIS Online before January 2025, then you were signing in directly to ArcGIS Online with separate credentials. Continue to log in that way to view your previously created content. Go to arcgis.com, click on Sign In If you have used ArcGIS Online prior to January 2025 and already have an ArcGIS Online you may continue to enter your credentials in the ArcGIS login section. If you are new to ArcGIS Online or started using it after January 2025 click on Your ArcGIS organization’s URL, enter “occidental” and click continue Then click Occidental College If you have an existing Entra session you will be logged on automatically. If not you will be prompted with the usual Oxy Entra login screen
